Job Description

  • Ensure the creation of sale agreements, consent forms, and other necessary documentation for land purchase by working with the company's lawyer.
  • Follow up on all documentation with appropriate government agencies to make sure title deed processing is completed within the allotted timeframes and in strict accordance to the law.
  • Process all customer documents and conduct transfer of title deeds on behalf of Username Investment Ltd with designated company lawyers.
  • Confirm accuracy of all legal company documents before filing.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients by offering assistance, knowledge and direction regarding the status of their documents.
  • Accurately track and keep an eye on the progress of every client document being handled.
  •  Ensure that all conveyance-related regulations and legal requirements are followed by the company. Make sure all transfers have the necessary documents attached.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: Diploma in Land/Property Law, Real estate, Land Economics or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least two years’ experience in Real Estate documentation in relation to Title processing.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling company and clients’ documents.
  • Strong analytical, planning, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic to maintain great services for both internal and external clients.
  • Team player.
  • Possession of a driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
