Responsibilities:

• Formulate, develop, maintain, and implement the Aircraft Operator Security Program (AOSP).
• Handle intelligence, investigations, and responses to security incidents.
• Conduct pre-employment security checks and vetting for new staff, along with mandatory background checks for existing personnel.
• Establish and maintain security training programs for aircraft searches and emergency situations, maintaining training record filing systems.
• Maintain security reports, committee meetings, incident reports, investigations, and liaise with internal/external quality control activities. Promote security awareness throughout the organization, maintain airline compliance with aviation security programs, and update security systems based on regulations and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education Diploma certificate.
• Must have completed an aviation security course from a recognized institution.
• Possess a Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Certificate).
• Have undergone relevant training in security.
• Possess a good level of English proficiency.
• Lead the Security Department by providing direction, monitoring performance, motivating staff, and ensuring employee development.

DEPUTY FLIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER (JOB REF: DFOM-FO-16-04-2024)

Purpose:

• As an Airline Reservations Officer/Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, providing travel information, and offering exceptional customer service.
• You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking flights and managing customer requests.
• You will also have the opportunity to work with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time
• Must be current on type.
• Minimum 500 hours PIC or 1000 P1/US
• Minimum of 250 hours on type.
• Valid CPL (attach copy).
• Valid Multi- Engine Instrument Rating.
• Last three pages of logbook (attach copy).
• Willingness to operate at outstation locations.
• Willingness to operate two different aircraft types (additional type rating will be
• provided by the company at the individual's expense).

Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-flight briefings.
• Perform pre-flight duties, including safety equipment checks and ensuring the aircraft is clean.
• Welcome and direct passengers to their seats.
• Inform passengers of safety procedures and ensure proper storage of hand luggage.
• Responsible for passenger safety while operating an aircraft
• Check seat belts and galleys before takeoff.
• Make announcements on behalf of the pilot and address passenger inquiries during the flight.
• Serve meals and refreshments, sell duty-free goods, and inform passengers of allowance restrictions.
• Reassure and guide passengers in emergency situations, providing first aid when necessary.
• Ensure safe passenger disembarkation at the end of the flight, checking for leftover luggage.
• Complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Kenyan citizen.
• Holding KCAA CMC.
• DHC 8 rating.
• Aviation qualification/Training as Cabin Crew.
• Minimum 2 Years' work Experience as a Cabin Crew.
• Fluent in English & Swahili (written and spoken)
• Fluency in French & Arabic will be added advantage.

• Maintain Cessna 100/200/300 series aircraft, following schedules and addressing issues.
• Inspect, certify, and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid KCAA CAT A and C (Piston Engine) License. Cessna 100/200/300 series aircraft experience with type ratings.
• Proficiency in Lycoming and Continental piston engines.
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
