What you will be responsible for:

• Provide technical/application support（e.g. installation, maintenance, repair）to key account customers;
• Deliver training, spare parts and trouble-shooting services to local agents;
• Implement headquarters' service plans, and establish local service strategies for both short & long term development of the market;
• Guarantee customer satisfaction, analyze local competition dynamic, organize adding-value service to local market, meanwhile building brand of Mindray Service;
• Achieve annual target of service revenue and team building.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in biotechnology, biomedical equipment or equivalent is a plus;
• More than 3 years' experience of customer service, preferable to have experience managing/supervising at least 5 team members, including KPI management and appraisal.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate team member and partners;
• Have rapport relationship with hospital BME department and rich experience in arranging service marketing activities.

What you will be responsible for:

1. Use clinical insight to locate customer training and service requirements. Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers with the target of increasing customer usage rate and satisfaction of Mindray products.

2. Deliver technical training for distributor’s application team, and meanwhile provide constructive suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.

3. Collect and analyze products' application and clinical information so as to understand and meet customer requirements.

What we are looking for:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate of Medical Laboratory Technology or related discipline with good command of both written and spoken English.

2. More than 2 year's work experience in clinical laboratory or IVD product companies with excellent understanding in IVD products, such as biochemistry, immunoassay and hematology analyzers.

3. Experienced and excellent in delivering application training, troubleshooting with logical thinking.

4. Good organization and coordination skills, communication skills and pressure tolerance, work proactively, and acceptable for business trips to other countries.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents and manage an effective filing system;
• Fixed asset control and record update and handle all office related service providers issue, including arranging general office maintenance / cleaning, purchasing stationery and office supplies, inventory, security system;
• Responsible for travel and accommodation arrangement, visa application and apartment management of Chinese expatriates;
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, functions, events, training and various company activities and collect Mindray and its partners’ marketing activities materials (words, photos, videos);
• Attendance management：assist in handling entry and exit procedures and document signing including arranging interview candidates to visit if necessary;
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business or Administration or related discipline is preferred;
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, fluent Chinese is a plus;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, proactive in standardizing and implementing company policy;
• Eager to learn new things and explore yourself.
