We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced HR consultant to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position. As a Human Resource Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective HRM solutions for our platform and clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating human capital inefficiencies, recommending suitable solutions, developing HR strategies and models, and providing expert advice on HR policies and best practices.

To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. You should be analytical, with exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to identify HRM needs and recommend effective software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects aimed at improving the quality of our products.
  2. Collaborate with the management team to identify HR issues, goals, and requirements, and provide strategic insights.
  3. Conduct thorough research to identify workforce issues or inefficiencies, and develop practical plans for product development.
  4. Recommend innovative solutions and provide expertise on HR policies, procedures, and tools, aligning them with industry best practices.
  5. Oversee, implement, and integrate new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
  6. Monitor and review our HR system to evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing solutions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  7. Generate comprehensive analytic reports and presentations to provide feedback and insights to the management team.
  8. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for our clientele, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology, and proactively present new ideas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing HR solutions.
  3. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll software, and HR management software.
  4. Complete understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  5. Solid understanding of research methods and data analysis to drive evidence-based decision-making.
  6. Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  8. Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  9. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive relationships.
