Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing lead generation; Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include social media, PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, and website updates.
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree (in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred). An MBA is a pre but not required.
  • 4-6 years' experience in a similar function with digital marketing experience.
  • Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
