Raino Tech4Impact is a social enterprise that leveraging technology as an enabler to empower African communities. Founded in 2018, We have been developing technology-driven solutions in health, agriculture, sports, green energy and offer business support services.

Sales Lead responsibilities are:

  1. Know the competitors and advise on suitable strategies to compete efficiently in the market
  2. Realize sales budget (target) both in volume, margin and market share
  3. Coming up with effective sales methods
  4. Submitting reports to Business Development Manager in a timely manner
  5. Discovering new sales opportunities
  6. Briefing prospective customers about the company’s products
  7. Negotiating favorable payment terms with the customers

Sales Lead requirements are:

  • 2 years +experience as a Sales Lead in the FMCG industry
  • Able to hit performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with a sales reporting software
  • Good leadership and organizational ability
  • Problem-solving skills
  • BA/BSc/in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Driving license will be a plus
