What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead sales initiatives in the animal feeds category, focusing on acquiring new customers and identifying competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly sales volume targets in assigned regions for all key accounts
  • Increase sales and collections by identifying new opportunities in the market
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote animal feed products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product knowledge and industry demands are met
  • Utilize techsavvy skills to enhance sales processes and customer interactions
  • Cultivate deep customer relationship building

Qualifications:

  • Location: Candidates from all over the country can apply
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the animal feeds industry in Kenya is a MUST
  • Any Graduate/bachelor degree can apply
  • Good knowledge of animal feed products and industry demands
  • Techsavvy with a gogetter attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Dynamic, confident, and selfmotivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
