About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), while also managing their own accounts. This role involves ensuring day-to-day compliance with the sales process, unblocking difficult deals, managing individual team members, and driving sales growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies

Responsibilities:

• Line management responsibility for the Account Executive and SDR teams
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs
• Run with their own accounts to achieve individual sales targets
• Improve the sales process from prospecting to renewals across both teams to improve key metrics
• Design and own a cadence of sales governance including forecasting, pipeline management, quarterly reviews, and daily standups
• Unblock difficult deals by providing guidance and support to AEs and SDRs
• Set targets, ensure CRM hygiene, and review team performance through 1:1s, daily/weekly standups, and dashboards
• Track performance against weekly targets, reporting on key KPIs and activities, and utilize fortnightly trading meetings to escalate issues
• Collaborate with management to develop, improve, and embed sales playbooks, scripts, and sales decks
• Help to identify and implement new sales tactics and messaging, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Create and develop a sales stack e.g. databases, account mapping, enrichment, and scoring tools
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance and team progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in using structured and repeatable processes to grow and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in growing and developing sales teams, ideally 5+ years

Job Purpose 

• We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong background in technical design, building and maintaining high-quality web applications.
• Your responsibilities will include making frontend technology decisions, implementing and maintaining frontend systems such as admin dashboards and web portals, and ensuring high performance and usability. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a high-quality user experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, aesthetic and efficient web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Experience Required

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and targets.

Team Building and Management

The customer experience researcher and designer will be responsible for researching, analyzing and designing customer experiences that align with the company's goals, values and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights and design strategies that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights that inform customer experience design decisions.

The accounts assistant shall compile, analyze, verify and prepare financial records for the organization in keeping with the accounting standards and organizational requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 
Accounts Receivables

• Preparation of customer invoices as per invoicing schedule.
• Receipting customers' payments accurately in QuickBooks.
• Maintaining customer accounts records in QuickBooks.
• Posting income and income-related expenses in QuickBooks.
• Generating ETR receipts for all vatable invoices.
• Assisting in the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Assisting in debt follow-up for the over-due accounts

Accounts Payables

• Receiving and manually capturing all supplier invoices on QuickBooks.
• Verifying prices and amounts received with invoices to ensure proper payments to vendors.
• Ensuring that only approved invoices are accurately and completely captured in QuickBooks.
• Ensuring that all costs are allocated to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centers in QuickBooks.
• Sending suppliers’ remittances/proof of payment and statements.

Administrative

• Reviewing and maintaining fixed assets register and journals
• Maintain proper filing of documents and maintaining proper records.
• Other accounting duties may from time to time be assigned by your manager.

Skills and Experience Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
• CPA (k) or ACCA professional qualification.
• High proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Up to 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role preferably in an early to mid-stage startup.

Job Purpose 

The role holder will own the testing, bug reporting, and backlogging for Amitruck APIs, mobile applications, desktop applications, and web applications. Additionally, they are responsible for planning, documenting, conducting tests, and automating tests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Write automated tests for web and mobile applications
• Work with various QA/Testing tools and technologies to ensure Amitruck software quality
• Plan, organise, and implement test plans
• Write SQL and non-sql scripts to tests databases
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Discover bugs within the Software before they are deployed to production
• Drive innovation and streamline the overall testing process
• Be part of the agile development team

Job Purpose 

The role holder shall assist staff in using all forms of IT systems in Amitruck and ensuring efficient support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Amitruck systems, and hardware while getting involved in solution design, end-user training, and Amitruck system, processes, and procedure documentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure Amitruck Staff have the tools and systems they need to do their job
• Onboarding and offboarding of users and on Amitruck systems
• Maintain user access matrix and ensure end-user system security is maintained
• To provide support for Amitruck systems and other associated software
• Take ownership of customer issues reported on Jira and see problems through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Skills and Experience Required

Job Purpose 

The role holder will turn UI, UX, and wireframe into high-quality mobile applications that run on both android and IOS operating systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
• Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
• Explore possible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the mobile applications, and suggest and add new features to applications.
• Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures.
• Integrate mobile applications with Amitruck backend APIs.
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
• Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Consult with Amitruck UI/UX designers about app design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.

Skills and Experience Required 

• Experience in the development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.
• 3+ years of knowledge in mobile app development.
• Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion etc. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects.

Job Purpose 

The Product Owner will support the organization in creating products and services that have a product-market fit and offering an experience that exceeds customers’ expectations. They will manage Amitruck’s logistics product to businesses, as well as all the related user touch points and interfaces. Additionally, they will manage and run user research and product development activities in collaboration with the data and technology team, the operations team, the sales team and customer success managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Understand the 3PL business domain, its key players, processes, regulations, and pricing models.
• Lead the user research team to plan and execute regular internal and external user research sessions.
• Analyze and present user research findings and develop well-informed service recommendations.
• Develop and rationalize the product roadmap and its expected business value.
• Define the scope of work, budget, and timelines of each planned feature.
• Elaborate customer-centric well-researched features and user stories.
• Produce diagrams and flows to support user stories development.
• Collaborate with designers to develop high-fidelity product prototypes.
