RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

In particular, the incumbent will:

1. Review all files of refugees/migrants known to have significant medical conditions and discuss the findings with the IOM physician.
2. Complete all logistical and administrative procedures required before travel as advised.
3. Ensure that special services (i.e., medications, oxygen, stretcher, others) needed are available and confirmed before departure.
4. Provide all necessary medical care and support to designated beneficiaries(s) - patients during the journey and accompany these persons to an agreed handover point.
5. Identify themselves to airline staff on check-in and again on boarding the carrier.
6. Extend general in-flight and on-the-ground support to all passengers travelling under the auspices of IOM as circumstances require.
7. Ensure all clinical observations and interventions are documented in provided forms as they happen.
8. Accommodate any changes in routing or schedule imposed by the carrier or condition of the patient.
9. Comply with standard IOM requirements for duty travel and entitlements.
10. Assume other duties as assigned, which may include meetings or briefing of national health or quarantine officials on arrival, the purchase of goods or equipment at the destination, or assisting in the shipping or return of such equipment, emergency admission processing or other unpredicted activity relevant to successful escorting.
11. Ensure that designated patients are handed over to a responsible entity overseas and that unescorted onward travel connections are completely understood by the passenger, accompanying family members, or continuing non-medical escorts, and partner agencies.
12. Upon handover of the migrant(s) to the receiving party, obtain the signature from the receiving party to Migrant Handover Notification filled in and signed by the medical escort.
13. Ensure handing over is done as per previously agreed protocol or as necessitated in case of an emergency in communication with the Chief Nurse, Regional Medical Movement Cordinator or other relevant higher authority directly concerned with the movement.
14. Complete and submit the Escort Movement Report to the IOM Mission and the relevant MHD Unit involved within one week after the completion of duty.
15. Return the IOM medical escort bag once duty is complete, with inventory of all medications or supplies used during the journey within one week of duty completion or earlier as instructed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in Medicine with valid license to practice medicine in Kenya.
• At least five years of clinical experience with thorough knowledge of emergency medicine:distinct advantage to ER specialists and specialists in emergency pulmonology, cardiology; neurology and paediatric medicine including mental health specialists (psychiatrists). Current BLS and ACLS or equivalent certification required.
• Willingness and ability to provide non-medical assistance.
• Ability to travel at least once every two months and if needed on short notice.
• Possession of a valid US, Canadian and/or a Schengen Visa

Technical competency:

• Effectively applies knowledge of IOM Migration Health Division’s SOPs and Administrative
• policies and procedures in execution of responsibilities.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in computer skills, especially in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.).
• Gender sensitivity and respect for cultural diversity

LANGUAGES

…in the context of environmental degradation, natural hazards and climate change.

In a changing climate, where mobility in relation to climate change drivers, is becoming a norm for the youth, and where many parts of East and Horn of Africa are becoming inhabitable or economically unproductive, the perspectives and voices of youth must be raised. In recognition of the important role that youth can, and must play in influencing the perspectives, narratives, and priorities of policy makers on this topic.

In the East and Horn of Africa region IOM has a Youth Strategy 2021 – 2024, based on the IOM strategic tripartite pillars of Resilience (Pillar I), Mobility (Pillar II) and Governance (Pillar 3). The strategy is to support governments in the EHOA to address the challenges to youth welfare and employment in the region and to ensure that migration can bring about positive results in both countries of origin and countries of destination. It also strives to ensure that IOM’s youth interventions in the EHOA are participatory and pursued in a coordinated, coherent, and holistic manner.

Under the overall supervision of the Senior Regional Policy and Programme Coordinator for East and Horn Africa, the direct supervision of the MECC Regional Thematic Specialist and the MECC Programme Officer, the incumbent will carry out the following duties and responsibilities.

1. Increase visibility of the migration and climate change nexus in preparation for the Africa Climate Action Summit (ACS) and Africa Climate week (ACW), Conference of Youth (COY) and Conference of Parties (COP28) and beyond on different social media platforms, including through young advocates.
2. Improve knowledge and understanding of, and engagement in climate change induced migration in the EHoA.
3. Participate in meetings, conferences, training sessions, and events as relevant to the MECC division, such as Africa Continental youth workshop, ACS, ACW, COY and COP28.
4. Assist in the implementation of the communications and visibility plan of MECC Youth engagement and development of visibility and communication materials and other relevant background documents as they relate to the MECC division.
5. Support the production of audiovisual, promotional and visibility materials. This may include photos, videos, human interest stories, press briefing notes, key messages, blog posts etc… for dissemination over social and other media and aimed at for donor, partner and community consumption.
6. Support the production of research and collecting youth inputs as relevant to MECC division.
7. Stay abreast of the MECC-related issues and challenges posed in East and Horn of Africa, and institutional and humanitarian developments in the area of MECC.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Tangible and measurable outputs of the work assignment

• Provide inputs to Concept Notes related to the planned conferences identified by the MECC team.
• Participation and representation in at least 4 conferences identified by the MECC team.
• Notes for files submitted after each conference.
• Visibility and communication materials published regarding participation of the conferences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

6. In coordination with HR team, monitor timely preparation and renewal of all types of contracts and the administration of entitlements, including for non-staff such as consultants, interns, hourly contracts and TPC.
7. In coordination with HR team, monitor attendance and leave administration; generate, edit and analyse leave-related reports; respond to questions concerning leave administration; guide staff on request and approval procedure in PRISM.
8. Carry-out and monitor a wide range of Human Resource actions including but not limited to preparation of documentation for separation, classification, reclassification, promotion, disciplinary cases and coordinate with the Regional Office, Administrative Centers and Human Resource Management in Geneva as appropriate.
9. Prepare, coordinate and monitor all reports on personnel matters and submit timely to concerned parties; draft and review routine correspondence, letters, certifications, etc.; create and maintain a systematic way to archive Human Resources documents (electronic and hard copies). Update and maintain electronic and physical archiving systems in the unit including personnel files with all supporting documentation, recruitment files, Human Resources policies, regulations, guidelines and manuals, internal controls, etc.
10. Monitor compliance with the Performance Evaluation System and advocate for timely completion of the performance management process in line with organizational deadlines; follow-up with staff and supervisor as needed; facilitate compliance by providing technical guidance on the use of the system.
11. In coordination with HR team, liaise with Finance Unit on delivery of benefits/privileges to international staff in the field such as DSA, Danger Pay, rest and recuperation travel, settling grant etc.
12. Plan and coordinate the organization of Human Resources events including staff development and training activities in coordination with the Staff Development and Learning Unit and maintain updated records. Participate in assessments of staff training and development needs.
13. Provide information to staff on their entitlements and responsibilities in line with IOM regulations, instructions and procedures. Respond to standard and more complex inquiries and refer the most sensitive ones as appropriate.
14. Identify areas for improvement and highlight them to the supervisor; provide inputs for new procedures to complement or to adapt existing ones taking into consideration the specific needs of the office. Assist in analyzing and resolving sensitive cases by collating background information, preparing summaries and sharing best practices. Provides comments on interpretation.
15. Participate in inter-agency Human Resources related working groups as assigned.
16. Provide guidance and training to and coordinate and monitor work of new/junior staff in the unit.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field from an accredited institution with minimum of four years of relevant professional experience; or
• High School diploma with six years of relevant experience.

Experience

• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage;
• Professional and management experience in Human Resources covering: Recruitment, Salary and Benefits Administration, Training and Development, HR Information Systems, preferably in an international organization.
• Familiarity with UN common system or similar systems.

Description of Duties

The position will contribute to the development of the activities regarding social protection, and in particular social health protection within PROSPECTS.

The incumbent will:

1.  Contribute to programming and operational support for the activities planned in Egypt, Kenya and Sudan PROSPECTS, in close collaboration with the project staff, the designated technical backstopping specialists in the Social Protection Department in Geneva as well as the responsible officials and regional specialists based in the concerned Decent Work Teams. In particular:
   • Support the provision of technical inputs on social health protection to the relevant projects and national counterparts with regards to scheme architecture, design, financing and management in line with ILO standards, policies and principles, in collaboration with the Health Protection Specialist.
   • Assist the project activities on social health protection, in particular the formulation of terms of references, selection of consultants and experts, design of workshop and training agendas. 
   • Liaise and ensure efficient and effective communications between the different project partners and in particular with the Public Health Section of UNHCR.
2. Support capacity building and social dialogue activities on social protection and in particular social health protection in PROSPECTS countries and through the global component of the project in collaboration with relevant specialists and the Social Policy Unit in SOCPRO
3. Compile lessons learned and ensure the completion of assigned knowledge products under the global component of PROSPECTS in collaboration with the Social Policy Unit and the migration focal point in SOCPRO.
4. Coordinate inputs to relevant monitoring and evaluation documents and final programme progress report for the first phase in close collaboration with the project staff, the designated technical backstopping specialists in the Social Protection Department in Geneva as well as the responsible officials and regional specialists based in the concerned Decent Work Teams.
5. Perform other duties as may be required by the project.

Required qualifications

Education

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in economics, social science, public health, health economics, health financing, or a related field.
• A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in one of the above fields with an additional two years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.

Experience

• At least five years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in the fields of social health protection, health financing, occupational health, social health insurance, health and migration.
• Previous experience implementing interventions on access to health or social protection would be a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in conducting analytical work with practical implications on the extension of social protection would be an advantage.  

Languages

Excellent command of English essential. Working knowledge in additional languages would be an advantage.

Context:

The IOM Africa Teleradiology and QC Center based in Kenya provides regional Teleradiology services and technical support to field operations with a purpose to optimize the IOM Radiology services.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Radiology Coordinator and technical guidance from the Regional MH Data Reporting Officer, and overall supervision of the Regional Health Assessment Programme Coordinator, the successful candidate will provide the regular data reporting for IOM Teleradiology Center and will specifically handle the following duties and responsibilities:

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

In particular he/she will:

1. Regularly gather data information from IOM Teleradiology applications reporting systems, and other systems, organize the data, analyze results and reports using various variables including radiology services, radiology TB, quality indicators and others as required by the Center.
2. Prepare the routine daily, monthly quarterly, and yearly stat summary of Teleradiology x-ray reading statistical reports and eMedical submissions and file the records accordingly for different purposes.
3. In coordination with the Regional Radiology Coordinator and the Radiologist assigned for quality control, organize, and summarize the Teleradiology quality control program data, and analyze agreement and kappa results and regularly communicate with country operations.
4. Provide timely and regular data cleaning and validation of the different Teleradiology system datasets.
5. Seek opportunity to streamline reporting of Teleradiology information across groups and create graphs and relevant metrics to better convey data and identify trends. Explore on software, or applications (example PowerBi) to make the data display coherent, visually immersive, and interactive on selected and agreed indicators.
6. Complete annual activity reports of the Center, compile data for other affirmative action reporting and analysis; respond to other various reporting requests.
7. Update the daily records/files in shared folders with complete and correct biodata and in a timely manner.
8. Communicate with IOM field country operations and non-IOM panel sites for information communication, notification, correcting data errors, guiding the staff on standard bio-data formats and reports.
9. Coordinate with the Teleradiology systems administrators for cases which need Teleradiology system checking, fixing issues and other actions in the Teleradiology systems.
10. Coordinate with the staff in IOM Teleradiology Center and Migration Health Support unit and ICT units when necessary.
11. Provide support during weekends, holidays or outside working hours as well as “stand-by” focal on a rotation basis as may be requested.
12. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• University degree in Biostatistics, Pure mathematics, Information Technology or any other related field from an accredited academic institution, with three years of relevant professional experience preferably in administrative capacity or;
• Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with five years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

• Experience and skill in use of statistical package including STATA, R, Power BI and/or others
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data, detect meaningful trends and patterns, and communicate findings.
• Experience and knowledge in Migration health work, screening health assessments eMedical services preferred.
• Experience with digital radiology and Teleradiology dataset systems an advantage.

Skills

• Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment, including extensive use of Microsoft Excel Word, PowerPoint and comfortable with learning new software and project reporting tools.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skill.

Contemporary patterns and processes of forced displacement do not easily lend themselves to resolution through the three classic durable solutions of return, local integration, or resettlement (or relocation for internally displaced persons (IDPs)). Furthermore, the underlying dynamics of current complex emergencies defy political solutions alone.

In the East and Horn of Africa (EHoA) region, forced displacement is very prevalent, with overall 12M people forcibly displaced, including 8.3M IDPs and 3.7M refugees (Dec 2022). In addition, 48.5M people are in need of humanitarian assistance, a 120 per cent increase since 2019. In line with trends in global displacement, forced displacement across the region has increased in volume over the last five years, fuelled by political conflicts, socioeconomic challenges, and environmental factors. 2022 has seen a new wave of internal and cross-border displacements caused by drought and conflict across the region. New approaches are needed if all stakeholders are to avoid remaining trapped in this cycle for decades to come.

Internal displacement is mostly caused by conflict and violence, although climate-induced displacement has been increasing due to the floods and drought affecting several areas in the region. A combination of factors often lies at the core of displacement. There are conceptual and operational reasons why protracted displacement is now the norm. First, a range of factors propel forced displacement; in several countries, patterns of violence and conflict, mostly at the intrastate level, challenge the capacity of the international community to promote peace building and lasting political solutions. Other drivers such as human rights violations, poverty, and poor governance, such as in Somalia and Burundi, also precipitate involuntary migration. These factors often reflect fragile underlying conditions, such as water scarcity, food insecurity, drought, environmental degradation, and famine, for example in the Horn of Africa. Another contemporary characteristic of current crises is episodic violence and thus recurring and multiple displacements, such as in South Sudan.

Natural hazards are also a major driver of displacement, potentially increasing with accelerating climate change. Although populations affected by natural hazards may return more easily than in the case of conflict-induced displacement, durable solutions are not always available. Failure to resolve land-related and other issues after a disaster may lead to protracted displacement, as experienced in Burundi and Ethiopia. Where return is feasible, it may take time to be accomplished and may not be sustainable in the longer term.

Finally, it is also becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate between conflict and hazards as the immediate causes of displacement. On the one hand, episodes of drought-induced food shortages and famines have been associated with rising conflict in the region, while on the other hand, conflicts have increased the vulnerability of the populations already displaced by climate-related hazards. Recurrent incidences of natural and man-made hazards have resulted in protracted displacement, which poses dilemmas for long-term, development-oriented solutions and tends to lead towards an emphasis on short-term humanitarian assistance.
Durable solutions are critical to post-conflict countries’ recovery and sustainable development, which requires comprehensive and effective recovery and development strategies and programmes (UNSG, 2011). It is important to note that finding solutions to displacement is a process rather than a specific endpoint. The United Nations Secretary-General noted in the annex to his Decision No. 2011/20 that failing to put an end to displacement can result in increased and continued vulnerabilities, and can negatively impact hosting communities, leading to serious economic, political and security implications for national authorities and affected populations. Refugee returnees and IDPs need durable solutions, that is, they need to work towards a situation in which they no longer have assistance and protection needs related to their displacement and such persons can enjoy their human rights without discrimination resulting from their displacement.
Traditionally, durable solutions frameworks have typically centred around three settlement options of sustainable, voluntary return, sustainable settlement elsewhere and sustainable local integration. IOM like many other stakeholders has recognized that these three solutions are based on finite conditions that do not fully reflect forced migration trends and which are focused on ending mobility and movement. In 2016, IOM developed “The Progressive Resolution of Displacement Situations” a framework which integrates mobility dimensions into a wider and more inclusive approach to the progressive resolution of displacement situations.
The promotion of durable solutions is a central priority for the International Organization for Migration (IOM). At IOM’s Regional Office for EHoA, the Emergency and Post-Crisis (EPC) Unit is the unit responsible for leading IOM’s focus on finding solutions that allow the displaced populations to rebuild their lives. Overall, the EPC Unit aims to provide evidence to inform decision-making and to identify best practices, gaps, and challenges that will inform harmonized, dynamic processes and approaches to facilitate durable solutions in the region and beyond.
Likewise, with such a large, displaced population in the region, the promotion of durable solutions is a central priority of governments in the East and Horn of Africa (EHoA) as well as Regional Economic Communities (RECs) including the East African Community (EAC) and The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD). This has led to the creation of a plethora of frameworks and initiatives across countries and the region, many of them duplicative and overlapping.

PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH

Under the overall supervision of the Senior Regional Policy and Programmes Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Senior Regional Emergency and Post-Crisis Specialist, the incumbent will produce a mapping and analysis of the durable solutions landscape in the EHoA region, analyzing the linkages between global, regional and country level policies, strategies, initiatives and platforms on durable solutions.
The study will also provide policy recommendations and guidance that contextualize IOM’s approach to global "Partnerships for Supporting Sustainable Solutions to Internal Displacement” within the EHoA region. The report is expected to provide a coherent strategy for IOM’s engagement within country and regional level frameworks based along the five principals outlined in the document "Partnerships for Supporting Sustainable Solutions to Internal Displacement”, specifically:

• Community driven, locally led development solutions
• Enhanced data, data partnerships and joint analysis for solutions
• Strengthening governance systems and the policy environment
• Investing in displacement prevention, through preparedness, anticipatory action, early warning and reducing disaster risk
• Placing protection at the center1 and ensuring the continuum of protection and respect and promotion of human rights2 throughout the solutions continuum that is rooted in a rights-based approach

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Tangible and measurable outputs of the work assignment

• First deliverable – a meeting with RO Nairobi EPC and agreement on the final scope of the review and final deadlines for deliverables two, three and four.
• Second deliverable - A first draft of the mapping study which provides an analysis of the durable solutions landscape in EHoA region - including policies, frameworks, and platforms. The mapping study will cover the 12 countries in the EHoA region that are members of the EAC and IGAD: Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, the Sudan, the United Republic of Tanzania and Uganda. EAC and IGAD's policies and platforms on durable solution will also analyzed. The key objective of the mapping study is to analyze the linkages between global, regional and country level policies, strategies, initiatives and platforms on durable solutions. It will also identify innovations applied by countries with respect to implementing the regional and global policies and frameworks as well as gaps. The study is also expected to provide a way forward for the second deliverable which is a regional strategic engagement plan.
• Third deliverable - A first draft regional strategic engagement plan for IOM’s durable solutions approach to support member states and RECs. The regional engagement strategy will map out key trends, policies and entry points that guide IOM's durable solutions in the region, explaining their linkages to global frameworks and the added value of the organization in the area of durable Solutions. The strategy will be developed based on the mapping study.
• Fourth & Final deliverable - A final version of both documents (mapping study and regional strategic engagement plan).

Performance indicators for the evaluation of results

1. Preliminary draft mapping and analysis of all relevant policies, frameworks and platforms on Durable Solutions in the IGAD and EAC regions which includes:

• Mapping and analysis of linkages and gaps between country, regional and global frameworks;
• Mapping of key stakeholders of each of the frameworks;
• Identifies best practices and innovations in country & regional frameworks that should be replicated.

2. Preliminary draft of regional strategic framework which:

• Identifies and analyzes key trends and policies in global, regional and country level durable solutions frameworks and how they link to IOM’s global durable solutions framework;
• Identifies key entry points and areas for further investment by IOM at the country and regional level;
• Prioritizes IOM’s engagement within policies, frameworks and platforms throughout the region;
• Contextualizes IOM’s global durable solutions strategy for the region and explains IOM’s added value at the country and regional level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of an advanced university degree in a social science with a specialization on displacement, migration studies, focus on the African continent, research methods, or another related field;
• At least 10 years of professional policy- oriented research and working experience with the UN/INGO system;
• Solid, in-depth understanding of IOM’s mandate and work on migration;
• Track record of research and publications on migration, community stabilization and durable solutions or preferably all three areas combined;
• Track record of effective coordination with multiple stakeholders for research on migration, community stabilization, durable solutions or preferably all three areas combined;
• Solid work experience in the East and Horn of Africa region in research on migration, community stabilization, durable solutions is an added advantage;
• Experience working with IGAD/EAC and their member states on areas related to migration, community stabilization, durable solutions is an added advantage; VI. SKILLS

Context:

Under the overall supervision of the Regional Health Assessment Programme Coordinator (RHAPC) and under the direct supervision of the National Radiology Officer the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the radiology primary services in the region, managing the x-ray units in Kenya, and performing reporting of chest radiographs of Migrants and Refugees from IOM Migration Health Department’s field operations from different parts of the region under the different health assessment programmes with Quality Assurance/Quality Control and also Administrative roles:

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

In particular he/she will:

1. Supervise the works of radiographers, and radiology support staff in the x-ray units in Kenya, oversee and guide the radiology services in region of Africa and ensure smooth workflow and quality of radiology services.
2. Coordination and communication with the head of the mobile and data processing center in regard to radiology related mobile mission requirements and provide support.
3. Liaise with IOM partners from CDC, Health from Australian and the Canadian health department in regard on radiology related matters, in coordination with the Global tele radiology coordinator.
4. Review and correctly interpret the digital screening chest X-rays (CXRs) using the tele-radiology systems. Identify radiological signs of TB and other incidental findings in accordance with the technical guidelines of the resettlement countries. Compare the current with previous CXR findings and document the change, for cases with follow-up radiographs.
5. Assess quality of chest radiographs to meet optimal diagnostic criteria and the required standards. Request for repeat CXR when the CXR is suboptimal and for additional view when needed. Recommend for further imaging by documenting in the system when needed.
6. Submit the CXR reports to eMedical websites for Canada and Australia cases. Use UKTB global website for reporting cases under UKTB programme in Kenya and the region.
7. Coordinate with and guide the radiographers and the medical clerks on the different country operations X-ray units from the region for optimizing the CXR quality, timely eMedical completion, and delivery of the reports.
8. Provide consultation when the CXR is read by the consultant radiologists and when they have queries during primary reading service, and provide regular internal monitoring of the CXR readings, through double reading of sample of CXRs already read by the consultant primary radiologists and provide regular feedback and advice to maintain the quality of the CXR readings.
9. Review the queries and feedback from Panel physicians on the CXR reports in Kenya and the region. discuss and explain the findings of the CXR images, and if correction is needed revise the reports accordingly.
10. In coordination with the Global Radiology Coordinator, in Manila, get second opinion for clarifying suspicious CXR findings, for addressing any service process concerns in the unit and any related issues
11. Ensure that the radiological reporting process is fraudless. Participate in internal and external image quality and CXR reports quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) measures.
12. Provide second opinion confirmatory for CXR reading requests coming from different IOM field operations in the region when needed. And Participate in the process of the IOM global Teleradiology QC control CXR reading and analysis as needed.
13. Prepare radiological quarterly/yearly reports, and other reports produced by the Center for Africa region.
14. Conduct radiology training, image viewing sessions and feedback to consultant radiologists, panel physicians and radiographers in the Center and to the missions in the region to maintain the quality of the radiology service and staff capacity building.
15. Prepare radiology standard operating procedures (SOP) and training materials, coordinate with the IOM Global radiology coordinator in Manila, for any radiology assistant needed and for new advisors from the global Center.
16. Arrange and make sure back up radiologist is available for the service when going on leave. When needed, assist in establishing and training backup local radiologists.
17. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Master’s degree in Medicine from an accredited academic institution and postgraduate degree in Radiology with five years of relevant professional experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and post graduate degree in Radiology with seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Board registration certificate is obligatory and a must.
• Must have a valid Specialist Recognition Certificate from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• Must have a valid annual retention certificate from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.

Experience

• Kenyan Citizen.
• Experience in Radiology; especially chest radiology required.
• Thorough knowledge of the natural history, radiological and clinical presentation of tuberculosis.
• Experience use of different Microsoft office programs required.
