  • We are looking for an individual to join our Finance team that provides complete, accurate, consistent, timely and insightful financial and operational information that helps Build a Better Working World and achieve our NextWave ambitions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reports for strategic and operational meetings for the business at Service lines and Country level
  • Make presentation of the financial performances to the service lines leaders and managers at the weekly, monthly, or quarterly meetings
  • Manage and Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the Firm (payroll, invoicing, banking’s, and other transactions)
  • Prepare and/or review various Financial statements support schedules and balance sheet reconciliation of various accounts
  • Track project costs and review Inventory reports periodically for various management decisions
  • Carry out business analysis, engagement metrics reviews and advise on business process re-engineering and operational improvement
  • Budgeting and planning – prepare budgets and key project plans, review and monitor KPI’s, review project plans and analysis, validation of plans, and various ad-hoc requests from Firm leaders
  • Prepare various adhoc executive reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor Finance & operations staff as per Firm’s metrics.

Skills and Attributes for success:

  • Strong accounting and analytical skills with ability to develop and maintain costs tracking methods of budget performance and variances
  • An excellent team player with sound knowledge to assist in delivering the best services to the firm
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong work organisation, coordination and execution skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business-related field with a minimum of second-class upper honours or equivalent
  • Qualified Accountant from recognized institution (CPA / ACCA)
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in excel, Word, PowerPoint and with hands on experience in SAP or any ERP system
  • Minimum of three years relevant working experience within a busy, computerised environment finance department
