Operations Manager

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to Coordinate and oversee our organization's operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 15 years security industry experience 5 of which MUST have been in the Private Security.
• Education; Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Training: Advanced Professional training in security. Preferably a former member of the disciplined forces.
• Affiliations: A member of a recognized private security association.
• Skills: Leadership, Financial, Organizational, Communications Networking, Negotiations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Departmental Budget and control expenditure
• Review profit and loss accounts for the branches and regions
• Ensure cost control measures are undertaken in all branches and regions
• Support the marketing department
• Deal with customer complaints and schedule client meeting to discuss performance
• Provide a courteous and efficient service to both internal and external customers by actioning all enquiries on guard force accurately and quickly.
• Sustain and support existing business as well as attracting new business.
• Ensure proper usage and safe custody of departmental or company property.
• Lead and manage regional branches so as to ensure sustainability and growth
• Manage the human resources within the department in terms of discipline, performance management etc.
• Ensure security surveys, SOPs SLAs and audits are conducted in accordance to the respective standards.
• Initiate and develop departmental strategic and business plans in line with the company objectives/vision.
• Gather intelligence reports and disseminate relevant information to the senior management team.
• Appraise staff performance and recommend desirable development
