Job Purpose Statement

The Premier Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for acquiring, servicing and managing HNW client relationships through one on one engagement, identifying client needs and providing them with the appropriate bank products, services and solutions.The Premier Relationship Manager is also accountable for

  • Driving revenue and volume growth of portfolio assigned
  • New to Bank client acquisition
  • Deepening of existing client relationships Cross sell of products/ solutions thereby increasing their share of wallet in the Bank
  • Retention of existing customers Increase of customer satisfaction levels Delighting clients through providing excellent service which leads to increased loyalty
  • Adherence to bank policies, procedures & guidelines
  • Recommending, structuring and selling solutions that address client needs

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

Professional:

  • Customer Relationship Management Course
  • Sales Course
  • CISI Certified Level 1 will be an added advantage
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an added advantage
  • Desired work experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience 5 of which should be in a sales and service related role within a financial services institution serving HNW customers. In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations. Good working knowledge and understanding of general commercial regulations and practices.
