Resident Specialist Doctors (Pediatrician, Physician, Obstetrician/ Gynecologist)

Job Description: 

• Reporting to the Hospital Manager with functional reporting to the Medical Director, these positions will be responsible for providing specialist interventional and preventative care in both out and inpatient departments. In addition, the specialist doctor will provide clinical leadership in their area of specialization to ensure consistency of care to achieve desired patient outcomes. Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb) with at least 5 experience and Masters qualification in a relevant field, and with specialist recognition and licensing from KMPDB, ACLS qualification. Experience working in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on patient management and proficiency in IT systems. Excellent clinical Acumen and Technical skills in clinical area. Training in customer care will be an added advantage.
