The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining operational procedures that are required to run the day to day activities of the Medicines business channel. You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire operational experience within the company.

Job Description

  • To inspect and receive incoming orders delivered to our warehouse
  • In bounding Inventory into the system with the right price and quantity
  • Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals and always ensuring a clean, well maintained warehouse
  • Picking and Packing; Fulfilling orders to ship to clients by picking the correct pharmaceutical products based on order specifications, packing and labeling packages accurately.
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices and Delivery notes.
  • Follow up order delivery timelines,inform clients of expected delivery date and handle any arising unfulfilled orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations for restocking.

Who You Are

  • Ability to understand Medicines/products and healthcare value chain

  • Self-starter who is capable of working autonomously
  • Educational Certificate in Pharmacy (Degree or Diploma)
